Insikt Jobtech: new industry report from Swedish JobTech
Today, we at Swedish JobTech released our very first industry report on the jobtech market in Sweden, and I’m incredibly proud to have been part of the team behind it. Swedish JobTech is a non-profit industry association that brings together organizations, startups, and individuals working to improve how Sweden’s labor market functions through technology. Our focus is on solutions that help people find meaningful work, support employers in meeting their needs, and foster innovation in the jobtech space.
AI shaping the future of work
I spoke at Berghs Unconference on AI the other week, highlighting how I believe AI will be a central part of shaping the future of work. The end goal? A more human centered labour market, where AI can help guide each individual through the fluid worklife of today. From job matchning, career guidance and support with life long learning, to becoming a trusted friend and colleague. You can now see the recording of my presentation online!
How AI can maximize the benefits of open data in the labor market
How does open data in the labor market become more relevant with AI? There is potential to find entirely new solutions for matching, career guidance, and lifelong learning. Today, I moderated a discussion with Mattias Axell from MetaSolutions and Rasmus Häggkvist from Skoolie about AI and open data in the labor market at Goto 10 for Swedish JobTech.
