The e-commerce sector is growing steadily in Sweden, and around the world. Last year, Swedes spent 58 billion kronor on the internet. I was recently interviewed by business magazine Företagaren on how to successfully start your own web shop.

Just talking about products and price is not enough to get your customers coming back. The competition today is fierce. To stand out and build long-term relationships with your customers, share the story of who you are to give them a reason to shop from you instead of your competitors.”
